Konecranes Wins large Repeat Order For Container Cranes in Lithuania

JSSC Klaipedos Smelte in the Port of Klaipeda, Lithuania, has placed a large repeat order with Konecranes for ten Rubber Tired Gantry (RTG) cranes and two Ship-to-Shore (STS) cranes. Konecranes has signed a contract with JSSC Klaipedos Smelte in the Port of Klaipeda, Lithuania, for the supply of ten Konecranes RTG cranes and two Konecranes STS cranes. JSSC Klaipedos Smelte already operates seven Konecranes RTGs and three Konecranes STSs, and they are very pleased with the high productivity and reliability of the cranes. ​Reported from finance.detik.com, Indonesia Government through The Minister of Finance, Sri Mulyani Indrawati, issues a new regulation. The new regulation is the Regulation of Ministry of Finance Number 110/PMK.010/2018. It serves to change some parts of the regulation issued last year, PMK number 34/PMK.010/2017 on income tax collection article 22 regarding the payment for the delivery of goods and import activity or business activity in other sector. In this new regulation, Indonesian government decided to raise taxes on some of the category from imported goods. The categories such as cosmetics, automotive, home appliances, electronic, to precious metal. Cosmetics such as perfume, acne cleanser, soap, and make up powders are some of the affected goods. On the Bay of Bengal in Myanmar, Chinese state-owned firms have been given the green light to construct a $7.3 billion deep-water port and a $2.7 billion industrial area in a special economic zone which would be 70 per cent owned by China and 30 per cent owned by Myanmar.
