PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC) has announced a solid financial performance for Q3 2024, with a 4% increase in net profit and a 6.87% year-on-year (YoY) revenue growth. In recognition of these strong results, the company has received approval from its Board of Commissioners to distribute interim dividends, marking a rewarding year-end gesture for loyal shareholders.
“Given the solid achievements and robust fundamentals of the company, complemented by positive sentiment surrounding IPCC shares, Management has decided to express gratitude to our loyal investors who have supported us throughout this journey,” said Sugeng Mulyadi, President Director of IPCC, in a statement to the media last week.
The interim dividend distribution, planned for December 23, 2024, will be based on net profits from the period between January and September 2024, amounting to IDR 44.4 billion. The dividend payout ratio stands at 30%, with a dividend per share of IDR 24.42. This represents a 12.52% increase compared to the previous year, offering added value to IPCC shareholders.

Sugeng highlighted that IPCC’s recent collaborations have been pivotal in driving revenue growth. These partnerships, including agreements with several European and Asian automakers, are geared toward transforming commercial operations and optimizing PDC services, contributing to the company’s enhanced financial performance.
Additionally, Sugeng emphasized IPCC’s ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency through transformation and digitalization, which have played a key role in maximizing revenue and dividend outcomes for its shareholders.
Looking ahead, the company remains focused on business collaboration, innovation, and expanding its operational network. In 2024, IPCC opened a new satellite terminal, bringing the total number of terminals to six, located in Jakarta, Belawan (North Sumatra), Pontianak (West Kalimantan), Makassar (South Sulawesi), Balikpapan (East Kalimantan), and Banjarmasin (South Kalimantan). “IPCC is committed to strengthening its position as a leading player in the world-class vehicle terminal industry, enhancing connectivity, and supporting the maritime ecosystem. These efforts will deliver long-term benefits to our shareholders while contributing to the national economy,” said Sugeng.
