The initiative forms part of IPC TPK’s efforts to meet container terminal facility standards established by Indonesia’s Ministry of Finance, supporting secure, transparent and efficient cargo handling while strengthening oversight of export activities.

“This implementation demonstrates our shared commitment to complying with the regulations established by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. We appreciate the strong synergy among all parties in supporting smooth and efficient national logistics,” said Daniel Setiawan, Senior Manager of Corporate Secretariat at IPC TPK.

IPC TPK said the scanner had undergone comprehensive technical and operational testing to ensure compliance with customs facility and infrastructure standards. The verification process provides legal and operational assurance that the export inspection facilities are fully prepared to support customs operations and improve the accuracy of cargo inspections.

The joint assessment concluded that the scanner exceeded the minimum technical and operational requirements for export container inspections and is ready for deployment.
