Juju Juarsih, Division Head of Human Resources and General Services, expressed strong support for the program, emphasizing its potential to improve the safety of terminal operations. “This certification program is invaluable as it ensures that drivers are fully competent, which directly contributes to safer and more secure operations. It also sets a standard for other terminals to enhance their own safety and service protocols,” she stated.

In addition to boosting driver competence, the certification program aims to raise awareness about the importance of Occupational Safety and Health (K3), with a special focus on driving safety.

David Sirait, President Director of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong, highlighted that the program extends K3 awareness beyond just company employees to include all stakeholders involved at the terminal. “Our goal is to prevent accidents and fatalities caused by driver negligence. This certification ensures that everyone operates with safety in mind,” said Sirait.
