After docking for more than a month, container vessel TMS Glory started to sail again. The vessel owner, Tresnamuda Sejati (TMS), marked its first sail after docking with a joyful ceremony on board on August 2, at Adipurusa Terminal, Tanjung Priok Jakarta.

Top executives of TMS and Adipurusa Terminal joint the ceremony, including PT TMS President Director David V. Lengkong, TMS Vice Operation Director Sunarno, and PT Adipurusa Operation Director H. A. Ogi Haris.
TMS GLORY (IMO: 9065431) a container vessel with length overall (LOA) of 113 meters and width of 19 meters has been deployed by TMS to serve the route of Jakarta-Panjang-Jakarta.
During docking, TMS deployed a chartered vessel KM GML Abadi to serve the route.
Talking to Indonesia Shipping Gazette after the ceremony, TMS Vice Operation Director Sunarno explained that TMS Glory had regularly served the export from Lampung and transited via some terminals at Tanjung Priok, including JICT, TPK Koja, NPCT1, and Terminal 3.

“Thanks, this vessel has been docking successfully and ready to sail again to serve our potential route,” said Sunarno, adding that this vessel first sail after docking carried as many as 395 TEUs container, most of which are empties.
“The first sail of this vessel after docking carried as many as 30 TEUs full containers, while the rest are empty. That is normal as we usually carry more empties from Jakarta to Panjang as those containers will carry export from Lampung,” explained Sunarno.
