IPCM Posts 15.5% Revenue Growth until Q3, Net Profit Up 16%

PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX:IPCM), a subsidiary of state-owned port operator Pelindo Group, reported a 15.5% year-on-year increase in revenue until the third quarter of 2025 (Q3), driven by higher demand for ship services across multiple port segments.

The company said its revenue rose to IDR 1.09 trillion in the nine months to September 30, up from IDR 946.62 billion a year earlier. Net profit climbed 16.2% to IDR 140.67 billion from IDR 121.10 billion in the same period last year.

Ship services remained IPCM’s main source of income, contributing IDR 1.06 trillion, or 96.6% of total revenue, marking a 15.2% annual increase. Revenue from transportation and other services reached IDR 36.96 billion.

Within the ship services segment, the general port business generated IDR 433.06 billion, while Terminals for Own Use (TUKS) and Special Terminals (Tersus) brought in IDR 224.36 billion and IDR 398.99 billion, respectively. TUKS revenue rose 37.6% year-on-year, and Tersus increased 25.5%, reflecting growth in operational volume across most segments.

IPCM’s total assets grew 3.7% to IDR 1.71 trillion as of September 2025, from IDR 1.65 trillion at the end of 2024.

“The growth in revenue and net profit achieved in the third quarter reflects IPCM’s commitment to maintaining sustainable performance amid the dynamics of the maritime industry,” President Director Shanti Puruhita said in a statement.

“We continue to expand our service reach and strengthen our position as a reliable provider of pilotage and towing services,” said Shanti.

The company has also completed the first phase of a treasury share issuance, totaling 3.39 million shares, and plans to conduct the second phase between Nov. 1 and 30, involving 4.64 million shares. The move aims to enhance share liquidity while meeting regulatory obligations.

Beyond its financial results, IPCM said it continues to strengthen its sustainability and governance practices. The company won the “Gold Champion” award at the 2025 Bisnis Indonesia Corporate Social Responsibility Awards (BISRA) and secured four awards at the 2024 Vision Awards by the League of American Communications Professionals (LACP) for its Annual and Sustainability Report.
