PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS), known as Pelindo Solusi Digital, has launched its first artificial intelligence–based risk management application, marking a major step in the Pelindo Group’s digital transformation.
The tool, called RCSA AI, went live on Nov. 17, 2025. Designed to automate and sharpen the Risk & Control Self-Assessment process, it replaces a traditionally manual workflow with faster, more consistent, and data-driven analysis.
RCSA AI uses natural language processing and machine-learning models to identify risks, generate tailored mitigation recommendations, and produce standardized reports. The company said the system aims to boost accuracy and streamline decision-making across business units.
ILCS chose the RCSA process as the first phase of its AI rollout because the document is a mandatory component of investment preparation and other corporate actions within the Pelindo Group. The company said the selection ensures that the benefits of AI adoption will be immediately felt by operating units. The platform is supported by Google’s Vertex AI and Gemini technologies.
“RCSA AI demonstrates Pelindo’s commitment to building a more robust, accurate and standardized risk management process,” said Dimas Giri Prabowo, Corporate Secretary of Pelindo Solusi Digital. “This is crucial momentum to expand AI adoption in supporting productivity and decision-making across all work units.”
Pelindo said the launch marks the first milestone in a broader AI strategy intended to strengthen the company’s risk governance and accelerate digital transformation in the port sector.
