The event kicked off with the signing of the Joint Agreement, followed by a hybrid knowledge-sharing session as part of the PINTER Corporate Culture Program (PJM Talk and Interactive Session). The session was attended by Brigadier General Pol. Budi Sajidin, M.Sc., the Head of BNN South Sulawesi, along with SPJM’s HR and General Director, Rachmat Prayogi, and Executive Director Regional 4, H. Abdul Azis. Employees of SPJM Group and Regional 4 from across Indonesia participated both in person at the PT Pelindo (Persero) Regional 4 meeting room and virtually.

In his opening remarks, Rachmat Prayogi emphasized the importance of this partnership in educating employees about the dangers of drugs, stressing that such initiatives are crucial in preventing the widespread abuse of narcotics in the community. He noted that this socialization is just the beginning of the “Pelindo Jasa Maritim Shines in 2025” program, which aims to create a drug-free environment both within SPJM and the surrounding community.

Brigadier General Budi Sajidin also highlighted the importance of collaborative efforts in combating drug abuse. He stressed that such synergies are essential for achieving a drug-free society under the “Bersinar” (Free from Drugs) initiative.

BNN South Sulawesi expressed its appreciation for the proactive steps taken by organizations like SPJM in raising awareness about drug abuse. This socialization event serves as an early intervention strategy that is vital for educating both employees and the broader community about the dangers of drugs.

The session also allowed participants to engage in a dynamic discussion, deepening their understanding of the topic and reinforcing the need for a collective effort to prevent drug abuse. The event proved to be an effective first step in building awareness among SPJM Group employees and fostering a drug-free work culture.
