PT Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) actively involves its customers in evaluating operational performance in 2024 and setting targets for 2025. The 2024 Performance Evaluation event, held on February 6, 2025, at TTL’s office, brought together shipping companies, TTL’s board of directors, and management to review achievements and outline future strategies.
During the event, TTL highlighted its positive performance throughout 2024. The terminal recorded a 5.1% increase in ship calls, reaching 1,523 units compared to 1,449 units in 2023. Additionally, container flow rose by 4.6%, from 852,617 TEUs in the previous year to 891,691 TEUs.

“Thank you for taking the time to attend. This event not only strengthens the relationship between the terminal and service users but also serves as a platform for evaluation and improvement to enhance our services in the coming year,” he stated. The event aligns with TTL’s commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Service users had the opportunity to share their experiences, provide feedback, and raise concerns. Syahrul, a representative from PT Regional Container Line (RCL), commended TTL’s operational efficiency, particularly in service speed for RCL vessels.
“In 2025, we hope to see operational services maintained and, if possible, further improved to enhance efficiency,” Syahrul remarked.

Similarly, Anang Setiawan from PT Meratus Line acknowledged the strong partnership between PT Meratus Line and TTL.
“We hope that in 2025, TTL will continue to foster opportunities for mutual growth while enhancing service quality beyond previous years,” Anang stated.
