The state-owned container terminal operator celebrated the milestone under the theme “13 Years of Excellence: Elevating Operational Standards & Service Quality,” highlighting more than a decade of efforts to strengthen operational performance while supporting national logistics and economic growth.

IPC TPK President Director Guna Mulyana said the anniversary reflected the company’s long-term commitment to adapting to changes in the business environment, including technological advances, shifting global trade patterns, and rising customer expectations.

“The 13-year journey is not just a number, but a testament to our commitment to building IPC TPK into a container terminal operator that continues to grow, adapt, and contribute to the national economy,” Guna said in a statement.

He said the changing business landscape requires the company to continuously transform its operations, with innovation and continuous learning becoming key drivers of future growth.

“Environmental dynamics, technological advancements, global trade developments, and rising customer expectations require us to continuously transform, and IPC TPK sees this as an opportunity to improve. Every individual at IPC TPK must continue to learn and innovate to create efficient and sustainable services,” he said.

As part of its transformation strategy, IPC TPK is strengthening operational standards to improve efficiency, reliability, and consistency across its terminal network. The company said innovation and digitalization remain central to its efforts to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.

Alongside operational improvements, IPC TPK is focusing on delivering faster, more responsive, and customer-oriented services to meet the evolving needs of shipping lines, logistics providers, and cargo owners.

The company also reaffirmed its commitment to implementing Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles, saying sustainable business practices remain integral to its long-term growth strategy and support the development of Indonesia’s logistics industry.

Looking ahead, IPC TPK said it will continue strengthening its competitiveness through business transformation, higher productivity, resource optimization, and broader adoption of technology.
