PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM) said it posted a return on assets (ROA) of 11.46% in 2025, exceeding the Indonesian government’s minimum target of 10%, as the port services firm reported higher revenue and profit.

The company, part of the Pelindo Group, recorded revenue of 1.47 trillion rupiah ($93.9 million), up 9.65% from 1.34 trillion rupiah a year earlier. Net profit rose 17.74% to 196.44 billion rupiah from 166.84 billion rupiah.

Towing services remained the main revenue driver, contributing 1.32 trillion rupiah, or nearly 90% of total revenue. Pilotage services accounted for 105.07 billion rupiah, while transportation and other services contributed 49.67 billion rupiah.

Total assets grew 3.91% during the year, supporting a 5.48% increase in equity, the company said.

IPCM said its performance reflected the execution of its strategy to expand and strengthen its business model, alongside efforts to improve operational efficiency and manage costs.

The company was also named overall champion in the non-financial publicly listed company category at the 2025 Annual Report Awards organised by the National Committee for Governance Policy.

IPCM expects Indonesia’s maritime sector to continue expanding, supported by rising trade and logistics activity, and said it remains optimistic about growth prospects.

In 2025, the company renewed strategic partnerships with PT Pelabuhan Bukit Prima and PT Nusantara Regas to provide towing as well as pilotage services at port and floating storage facilities.
