IPCM Pushes for Operational Agility and Integration in 2026 Strategy Meeting

Public listed company PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), part of the Pelindo Group and a provider of pilotage and towing services, held its 2026 National Annual Meeting (Rakernas) on Monday in Jakarta to align company strategy, strengthen operational integration, and enhance service quality.

The meeting, held in Jakarta, brought together IPCM executives, unit representatives from across the country, and leadership from controlling shareholder PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim (SPJM). The gathering focused on aligning corporate strategy with the increasingly competitive dynamics of Indonesia’s maritime industry.

Choirul Anwar, SPJM’s Director of Finance and Risk Management, told attendees that stronger governance and collaboration within the Pelindo Group are critical for sustaining long-term business growth. “Planned integration and strong governance will strengthen IPCM’s position within the national maritime services ecosystem,” he said.

IPCM’s President Commissioner, R.R. Dewi Ariyani, highlighted governance and risk management as pillars of the company’s strategy. She stressed the importance of fleet readiness and digitalized services as tools to maintain the company’s reputation and competitive edge.

For Shanti Puruhita, IPCM’s President Director, 2026 represents a turning point for operational agility. “Operational reliability, strengthening a safety culture, and improving service quality are key to maintaining customer trust and enhancing IPCM’s competitiveness,” she said.

The meeting also celebrated employee contributions with the IPCM Awards, recognizing excellence across operational and non-operational roles, as well as innovation initiatives like the JAInovasi program.

The company complemented its internal initiatives with donations to orphans and a communal fast-breaking meal, highlighting its focus on corporate social responsibility.

Analysts said the meeting signals IPCM’s intent to deepen integration within the Pelindo Group while emphasizing service excellence and operational discipline—a combination that could position the company to better navigate Indonesia’s growing maritime logistics sector.
