Container Terminal operator IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) has proudly secured the Best IT Performance award at the Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Subholding (SPTP) IT Forum 2024.
This marks the first time IPC TPK has achieved this recognition, highlighting the company’s commitment to enhancing its information technology capabilities within the PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP) Group.
The IT Forum was designed to refine the 2025 information technology work plan and elevate the IT maturity level across the SPTP Group.
Pramesti Wulandary, Corporate Secretary of IPC TPK, emphasized that the company is undertaking a comprehensive integration of information systems and technology, impacting both operational and back-office functions. “The reliability of information system management is crucial for ensuring efficient and optimal container loading and unloading services at the terminal, as well as the smooth operation of our administrative activities,” she stated.
During the IT Forum, participants engaged in workshops aimed at increasing awareness, training, and certification in the information technology sector. The event brought together representatives from all terminals and subsidiaries under Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, including key figures such as the Technical Director of SPTP and Group Head of Information Technology.
The Best IT Performance award recognizes IPC TPK’s swift response to IT challenges, innovative suggestions for system improvements, and notable progress in enhancing IT maturity over the past year. The evaluation was conducted by the IT Management of Pelindo Terminal Petikemas Subholding, underscoring the importance of effective IT governance.
Wulandary reiterated IPC TPK’s dedication to strategic planning and management of information technology to meet the company’s business objectives. “We are continually evolving our information systems to provide seamless services for our users and our staff,” she said.
