Young entrepreneurs in Indonesia’s maritime sector have pledged to contribute to the growth and progress of the nation’s maritime industry through collaboration and innovation.
This commitment was formally realized with the establishment of the Ikatan Pengusaha Muda Maritim (IPMMar) – Maritime Young Entrepreneurs’ Association, which was officially declared on Friday, February 14, 2025, at the organization’s secretariat in North Jakarta.
This event marks a significant moment for young entrepreneurs to foster synergy and drive innovation in Indonesia’s maritime industry.
The declaration ceremony was attended by several prominent figures, including the IPMMar Supervisory Board: Zaenal Arifin Hasibuan, Sopani, and Intan Bulan.
They will play key roles in overseeing the organization’s development to ensure it achieves its vision and mission. Rahadian Pamungkas has been entrusted with the role of Chairman, bringing a fresh energy to encourage innovation, collaboration, and the expansion of the maritime business sector in Indonesia.
The initial composition of the IPMMar Executive Boards is as follows:

• Treasurer: Akbar Ramadhan
• Head of Organization: Dede Saputra

• Head of Human Resources: Reza Ben
