IPCM Distributes 75% Profit as Dividends, Reshuffles Board of Directors and Commissioners

Public listed company PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM), a leading provider of pilotage and towage in Indonesia, announced it would distribute 75.02% of its 2024 net profit to shareholders, following the approval of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on Wednesday, June 18, 2025.

The company reported a net profit of Rp166.84 billion for the 2024 financial year. Of this, a total of Rp125.16 billion would be allocated as final dividends, equivalent to Rp23.72 per share.

A portion of that, Rp20.05 billion or Rp3.80 per share, was already distributed as an interim dividend on January 10, 2025. The remaining Rp105.11 billion, or Rp19.92 per share, is scheduled to be paid out as cash dividends in July 2025.

President Director and Director of Commercial and Business Development, Shanti Puruhita, credited the dividend payout to the company’s consistent operational performance and strategic focus.

“This dividend distribution reflects the result of disciplined execution, operational efficiency, and the strategic direction we have pursued over the past year,” Shanti said in a statement on Thursday, June 19. “We are grateful for the continued trust of our shareholders and remain committed to sustaining IPCM’s growth momentum in the years ahead.”

Strong Financial Growth in 2024

IPCM’s 2024 performance marked a significant year of growth. Net profit rose by 5.82% compared to 2023’s Rp157.66 billion. Revenue also saw solid gains, driven primarily by the General Port Services segment, which contributed Rp583.79 billion, 43.4% of the company’s total revenue, an increase of 11.09% year-on-year.

Other key contributors included Terminal Services for Self-Interest (TUKS) that created Rp230.69 billion (17.15% of total revenue), up 20.45% YoY and Special Terminals (Tersus) that Rp 486.77 billion (36.19% of total revenue), up 41.60% YoY.

In line with revenue growth, IPCM also recorded an increase in total assets, rising 8.40% from Rp1.52 trillion to Rp1.65 trillion by the end of 2024.

In addition to approving the dividend distribution, the AGM also confirmed a significant reshuffle in the company’s board of director and board of commissioners.
