Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva Rolls out Digital IMS

PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva (SPSL) has begun implementing a digital-based Integrated Management System (IMS) as part of efforts to strengthen corporate governance and support its ongoing business transformation.

The move aligns with the company’s rebranding to PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva and forms part of a broader strategy to enhance service standards and operational accountability.

As part of the initial phase, SPSL held an IMS application training session in Jakarta on Jan. 21–22, 2026. The training was designed to equip employees with conceptual and technical knowledge of the system, including the preparation and management of integrated management documentation.

Dewi Fitriyani, Senior Vice President of Corporate Secretariat at SPSL, said the IMS would serve as a strategic instrument to reinforce adaptive and sustainability-oriented governance.

“IMS implementation is aimed at improving the quality of corporate governance and ensuring operational sustainability through a more effective and efficient integrated management system,” Dewi said.

She added that the initiative supports Indonesia’s broader governance reform agenda under Asta Cita, particularly in promoting transparent, accountable and technology-based systems.

“With an integrated system, all business processes can run in a more orderly, documented and measurable manner. This is an important foundation for improving service quality while strengthening corporate accountability,” she said.
