PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva said it won three awards at the Indonesia Fire Safety Excellence Awards 2026 held in Jakarta on Friday, underscoring its efforts to strengthen workplace fire safety standards.
The awards ceremony took place at Menara Peninsula Hotel, where the company received a three-star rating for its implementation of fire safety systems across its operations.
In the corporate category, the company secured two awards: the Emergency Preparedness & Response Award and the Fire Safety Education & Awareness Program Award, recognizing its readiness to respond to fire incidents and its initiatives to promote safety awareness among employees.
Separately, President Director Joko Noerhudha received the Fire Safety Visionary CEO Award, which honors leaders demonstrating strong commitment to embedding fire safety practices into corporate governance.
Dewi Fitriyani, senior vice president of corporate secretariat at the company, said the recognition reflected its focus on safety as a core component of operations.
“This award motivates us to continue strengthening safety systems, particularly in fire prevention and response,” she said in a statement.
The company said its safety performance is supported by ongoing compliance with ISO 45001:2018, an international benchmark for occupational health and safety management systems.
The awards are organized by First Indonesia Magazine in collaboration with Indonesian Fire Safety Professionals Society, with support from government bodies and industry associations.
The program recognizes companies and institutions that demonstrate commitment to fire prevention, life safety and business continuity through effective fire safety systems.
PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva said it plans to further strengthen its safety initiatives, including improving management systems, enhancing employee competency and promoting a stronger safety culture across its operations.
