PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) has announced significant changes to its board of directors and commissioners. On Tuesday, November 19, 2024, during a General Meeting of Shareholders, the company appointed two former Pelindo Group executives to key positions on its board of directors.
Yossianis Marcianis has been named Vice President Director, while Rio Theodore Natalianto Lasse will serve as Director of Operations & Transformation.
In addition, Heru Widodo has taken over as President Director, succeeding Ira Puspadewi. These adjustments are part of ASDP’s broader efforts to enhance its management team and foster greater synergy across its operations.
ASDP’s Corporate Secretary, Shelvy Arifin, highlighted that these changes aim to inject fresh energy into the company’s operations and help achieve its strategic goals.
“We believe this new leadership team will strengthen our internal collaboration and better position the company to navigate the challenges ahead,” Arifin stated in a recent interview with CNN Indonesia.
Marcianis and Lasse bring extensive experience to ASDP. Marcianis previously served as the Commercial Director at Pelindo Jasa Maritim Subholding (SPJM), while Lasse ever chaired the President Director of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal (IKT), a subsidiary of Pelindo Multi Terminal Subholding (SPMT). Their expertise will be pivotal in supporting ASDP’s ongoing transformation and driving operational improvements.
The reshuffle also extended to ASDP’s Board of Commissioners. Saiful Haq Manan, who previously held the position of President Commissioner, has been replaced by Achmad Baidowi. Four other commissioner positions were also restructured, with new appointments including Joddy Hernady, Elba Damhuri (Spokesperson for the Ministry of Transportation), Siti Ariani, and Susi Tarigan. Additionally, several existing commissioners, including Hendar Ristriawan, Iwan Sugiarto, Budi Setiadi, and Edmil Nurdjamil, have seen changes in their roles.
