IPC Terminal Petikemas (IPC TPK) has been recognized for its unwavering commitment to corporate sustainability and customer service excellence, receiving accolades at two prestigious events. These achievements underscore the company’s dedication to maintaining high standards of operational performance while advancing sustainable practices.
For the first time, IPC TPK earned recognition at the 2024 Asia Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASRRAT), hosted by the National Center for Corporate Reporting (NCCR) in collaboration with the Institute of Certified Sustainability Practitioners (ICSP). IPC TPK received two commendations: the Commendation for Best Occupational Health and Safety Disclosure and the Commendation for First Year Participation—a significant milestone in its sustainability journey.
On the same day, IPC TPK also triumphed at the 2024 Indonesian National Standard (SNI) Awards, hosted by the National Standardization Agency (BSN). The company secured the Bronze Award in the category of Large Organizations in Tourism, Finance, Logistics, and Other Services. This award highlights organizations that consistently adhere to the SNI standards while demonstrating exceptional and sustainable performance.

Pramestie Wulandary, Corporate Secretary and External Relations Officer at IPC TPK, expressed her gratitude for the recognition. “These awards affirm IPC TPK’s commitment to sustainability and highlight our efforts to prioritize the quality of our container handling services. We are proud of the positive impact we are creating for both society and the environment,” said Wulandary.
IPC TPK’s sustainable practices are built on a strong foundation that balances the three pillars of Environment, Social, and Governance (ESG). The company’s 2023 Sustainability Report, titled Raising The Capability for Sustainability, reflects its ongoing dedication to these principles. The ASRRAT award is part of an initiative that assesses the quality of sustainability reports based on the globally recognized Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards. This recognition is the result of a rigorous evaluation process carried out by certified specialists.
Improving Port Services and Efficiency

Since the Pelindo merger, IPC TPK has focused on enhancing port services and creating more efficient logistics chains. The company’s vision is to become an internationally recognized container terminal operator known for operational excellence and superior service standards. To achieve this, IPC TPK has implemented service standardization, improved terminal performance, and upgraded its systems, all aimed at increasing efficiency, enhancing service quality, and ensuring security. “This recognition motivates us to further improve service quality and continue contributing to a sustainable future,” Wulandary remarked.
“We believe that adhering to SNI standards strengthens our competitiveness and opens up new business opportunities. Our commitment to sustainability creates long-term value that positively impacts stakeholders and the broader community.”
