The adoption of the four applications, she said, had boosted the performance of the ports of Pelindo Regional 4 which are located in East Indonesia.

With those applications, explained Enriany,  all activities at ports can be monitored at any time 24 hours in 7 days from within a control room located on the 3rd floor of the Makassar New Port (MNP) office.

“From the control room, all port activities in Region 4 can be monitored through the four applications. So, everything is now completely digital. Ships and cargo owners can also monitor the movement of their ships and cargoes through the four applications, from anywhere and at any time, without having to go to the Pelindo office,” concluded Enriany.
