PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC), a subsidiary of state-owned port operator Pelindo that focus business in car terminal, has secured three accolades at the 5th TJSL & CSR Award BUMN Track 2025, recognizing its impactful community-based initiatives in health and economic development.
The company received the Strong Leadership in Social and Economic Program award, alongside a Gold Medal for the Social Pillar and a Silver Medal for the Economic Pillar, for its flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, IPCC GEMBIRA and IPCC UMKM KUAT, implemented throughout 2024.
“Through IPCC Peduli, we are proud to have delivered programs that make a measurable and lasting difference in the communities where we operate,” said Sugeng Mulyadi, President Director of IPCC.
“This recognition affirms our commitment not only to operational and financial excellence, but also to social and environmental stewardship,” he said further.
Targeting Root Causes: From Stunting to Small Business Survival
The award-winning IPCC GEMBIRA program (Gerakan Masyarakat Bersih dan Sehat) focuses on maternal and child health. It delivers education on prenatal care to prevent stunting, promotes balanced nutrition for toddlers, and distributes free nutritious meals and supplements over a sustained 54-day period.
Meanwhile, IPCC UMKM KUAT (Develop Business to Overcome Challenges) supports micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through training, mentoring, and digital literacy to enhance business capacity, financial management, and market access.

“This award is the result of IPCC’s unwavering commitment to driving inclusive growth. These programs reflect our approach to social responsibility as an extension of our business strategy,” said Endah Dwi Liesly, IPCC’s Corporate Secretary. She added that the initiatives align with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 1 (No Poverty), 2 (Zero Hunger), 3 (Good Health and Well-Being), 4 (Quality Education), and 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth).
A Rigorous Selection, A Prestigious Recognition
This year’s TJSL & CSR Awards, themed “BUMN TJSL Transformation for Sustainable Social and Economic Resilience,” brought together 85 state-owned enterprises and subsidiaries across Indonesia. The judging process included a comprehensive document review, live presentations, and interviews with an independent jury panel of 27 experts, led by Dr. Edy Soeparno, Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian People’s Consultative Assembly.
“CSR is no longer a peripheral activity for BUMNs—it is integral to corporate strategy,” said Thendri Supriatno, Chairman of the 2025 Awards Committee and Founder of the Indonesia Corporate Forum for CSR Development (CFCD). “It drives real impact—from empowering communities to fostering a sustainable economy and just governance.”
The recognition reinforces IPCC’s evolving role as more than just a port operator. As the company accelerates its transformation, its focus extends to building resilient communities and promoting inclusive development.
“With every initiative, we aim not just to fulfill obligations, but to deliver sustainable value,” Liesly said. “These programs help elevate the standard of living in step with the company’s growth.”
