The MoU was formally signed by JPPI President Director Budi Pratomo and Jesper Flecks Gram, President Director of PT MAN Energy Solutions Indonesia.

JPPI, a company specializing in the provision, repair, and maintenance of floating equipment, is exploring strategic partnerships to enhance its maintenance, servicing, and engine inspection capabilities.

This includes procurement of services for both MAN and non-MAN engine types. The collaboration may also extend to repairs, overhauls, spare parts supply, repowering, modifications, and vessel revitalization.

Nurhadi, JPPI’s Director of Operations and Commercial, emphasized that one of the company’s key priorities for 2025 is improving shipyard performance. “We are actively seeking partnerships with experienced companies in the field of repairs, overhauls, and spare part provision,” he said.

“JPPI has previously utilized MAN products, and we view this cooperation as a vital step toward enhancing our shipyard capabilities in the future,” Nurhadi added.
