PT Menara Maritim Indonesia (PT MMI), the managing company of Pelindo Tower, recently carried out a management walkthrough as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance building management and foster an optimal work environment.
During the walkthrough, PT MMI’s management team conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection of various areas in and around Pelindo Tower. The review identified several areas requiring improvement, with a particular focus on cleanliness and organization, including enhancements to mosque facilities. These improvements aim to create a more orderly and comfortable atmosphere for all occupants.
The team also emphasized the importance of enhancing the building’s visual appeal. This includes reorganizing the garden area and updating faded signs and wayfinding elements to maintain both functionality and alignment with the company’s visual identity.
In addition, PT MMI plans to strengthen security by introducing a digital-based traffic control system (digital gate), supporting a safer and more orderly environment. This initiative aligns with the company’s broader commitment to digital transformation in office management.
Acting President Director of PT MMI, Rudy Istiawan, stated in a press release in Jakarta on Friday (April 11, 2025), that the walkthrough represents the company’s commitment to the comfort and satisfaction of all building users.
“We continuously strive for improvement – not only in the building’s physical condition but also in the quality of service and overall experience for tenants and visitors,” he said.
As a subsidiary of Pelindo Solusi Logistik Subholding, PT MMI remains dedicated to conducting similar evaluations regularly, reinforcing its commitment to maintaining high operational standards and positioning Pelindo Tower as a modern, user-oriented office building.
