PT Multi Terminal Indonesia (MTI), a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik (SPSL), recently launched a Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (CSR/TJSL) initiative with the Pelindo Zero Accident at Port (PELOPOR) program at the Trisakti Port in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
MTI’s Acting President Director, Yandri Trisaputra, shared that the PELOPOR program, initiated by PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik, includes occupational safety and health (K3/HSSE) counseling, as well as the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to 100 dockers (TKBM), work partners, and service users.
“This initiative aligns with activities for National K3 Month 2025, and we conducted a similar program last year in our Makassar work area. We are grateful to all stakeholders for their support in ensuring the smooth execution of this event. We hope the PELOPOR program will raise awareness on K3 and its importance among workers, service users, and business partners,” said Yandri.
The 2025 PELOPOR event was held in the Barito Meeting Room at the PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Sub-Regional Kalimantan Office and was attended by key figures, including Johanes Wahyu, Division Head of Operations at Pelindo Regional 3.
In addition to the group representatives, some external honorary guests also joint the event, including Adi Affandi, Head of the Legal Status and Ship Certification Division at the Harbormaster and Port Authority Office (KSOP) Class I Banjarmasin; H. Syaiful Hadi, Head of the K3 Norm Development Section at the Banjarmasin Manpower Office; Ghusnul Ramadhani, Manpower Supervisor at the Banjarmasin Manpower Office; and Rudi, Deputy Chairman of ALFI/ILFA Banjarmasin.
Retno Soelistianti, Director of Strategy and Business Development at PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik, emphasized that the PELOPOR program is designed to enhance awareness among stevedores regarding the importance of occupational safety, with the goal of fostering a safe, healthy, and productive work environment.
“We hope this program reinforces our commitment to prioritizing safety and health, creating a healthier, safer, and more productive workplace that positively impacts company performance and supports the Pelindo Group’s initiatives,” Retno said.
The event concluded with the signing of a Joint Commitment to Implement K3, symbolizing the participants’ pledge to uphold occupational safety standards in the port environment.
