The primary goal of the event was to establish and strengthen communication between SPJM management, PT Pelindo Regional 4, and the key stakeholders in the region, including shipping agents and special terminal operators. These customers are vital to the operations of SPJM and play a critical role in the maritime and port services sector.

The event featured a series of discussions and sharing sessions, with key figures such as H. Abdul Aziz, Executive Director of Pelindo Regional 4, and Arief Prabowo, President Director of SPJM, joining the gathering. The sessions were designed to provide a platform for direct dialogue between top management and the main users of SPJM’s services, ensuring that feedback and insights are effectively communicated.

Arief Prabowo, in his opening remarks, highlighted the importance of the Customer Engagement event, emphasizing its role in fostering mutual understanding and collaboration. “This initiative serves as a vital channel for sharing and updating information on the company’s developments. It helps us better understand our customers’ needs, address areas for improvement, and ultimately build trust and cooperation,” said Arief. “Such collaboration is key to creating a robust port ecosystem that contributes to more efficient logistics and reduced costs for the community.”

The event was structured to encourage open dialogue, with participants encouraged to share their aspirations, complaints, and suggestions regarding SPJM’s ship guidance and towing services in Region 4. By actively engaging with service users, SPJM aims to continuously improve its offerings, ensure customer satisfaction, and optimize national connectivity.

“By maintaining ongoing engagement with our customers, we can further enhance the services we provide, strengthen our partnerships, and continue driving improvements in logistics efficiency across the nation,” Arief said.
