Two executives from PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik (SPSL), a subsidiary of state-owned port operator Pelindo, were honored at The Iconomics: 50 Most Innovative CEO & CFO Awards 2025 for their leadership in driving innovation and transformation in Indonesia’s logistics sector.
SPSL President Director Joko Noerhudha received the Most Innovative CEO 2025 award, while Herman Susilo, Director of Finance, Human Resources and Risk Management, was named among the Top 20 Most Innovative CFOs 2025, ranking third.
The awards, presented in Jakarta on Thursday, recognize corporate leaders who have shown excellence in innovation, governance and business transformation.
“We are proud of the recognition given to Mr. Joko and Mr. Herman,” said Dewi Fitriyani, Senior Vice President of Corporate Secretariat at SPSL. “This reflects our commitment to innovation and strong governance as we strengthen Indonesia’s logistics ecosystem.”
According to The Iconomics founder and CEO Bram S. Putro, the annual awards assess CEOs based on popularity, competency, crisis leadership and personality, while CFOs are evaluated through a public survey covering popularity, image, service and social contribution.
“The leaders of PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik have combined innovation, governance and transformation to strengthen the national logistics sector,” Bram said. “Their leadership mirrors the new direction of Indonesia’s state-owned enterprises—focused on efficiency, collaboration and sustainability.”
SPSL, which focuses on logistics and hinterland development within the Pelindo Group, has advanced digital transformation and integrated logistics solutions in recent years. The company said these efforts have helped position it as a modern, efficient and globally competitive end-to-end logistics provider.
The recognition for CFO Herman Susilo also highlights SPSL’s emphasis on sound financial governance and integration of sustainability principles in its financial, human resource and risk management practices.
“This achievement reinforces SPSL’s commitment to continuous innovation and sustainable transformation to support supply chain efficiency nationwide,” Dewi added.
