The MV ITAL BONNY, measuring 212 meters in length and 33 meters in width with a 37,301-ton displacement, offloaded 689 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) and loaded 674 TEUs during its inaugural stop. TTL said the operation proceeded smoothly, aided by its modern infrastructure, advanced equipment, and experienced workforce.

“This is one of the best terminals we have visited,” said Captain Luigi Castellano of the MV ITAL BONNY, praising the port’s handling efficiency.

David Pandapotan Sirait, President Director of TTL, said the vessel’s arrival underscored international confidence in the Surabaya port.

“The arrival of the MV ITAL BONNY demonstrates that Terminal Teluk Lamong continues to earn the trust of global operators. We remain committed to delivering top-tier service to all our partners,” he said.

CIM Service represents TTL’s fifth new international shipping line introduced in 2025, reinforcing Surabaya’s role as a key connectivity hub in Asia. The port’s management said the service is expected to further strengthen Teluk Lamong’s position as a competitive logistics gateway, particularly in Eastern Indonesia, and reflects growing customer trust in TTL’s facilities and operational standards.
