The president director of PT Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok, known as PTP Nonpetikemas, won a top innovation award at the 2026 Indonesia Best 50 CEO Awards, the company said.
Indra Hidayat Sani received the “Most Innovation” award at the event organized by The Iconomics as part of its CEO Forum 2026, themed “Resilient Leadership in the Age of Disruption.”
The award reflects leadership driving business transformation and competitiveness, the company said. The event was attended by government officials and industry figures, including a deputy from the Tourism Ministry and economists.
The Indonesia Best 50 CEO Awards are based on employee surveys, drawing on responses from nearly 10,000 participants across industries. Assessment criteria include popularity, competency, crisis leadership and personality.
“It’s not enough to make a company well-known; it must also be loved,” said Alex Mulya, director of brand, research and strategy at The Iconomics, highlighting the role of corporate image and leadership.
Indra said the award reflected collective efforts within the company to drive innovation and transformation.
“This award is not just for me personally, but reflects the commitment of the entire PTP Nonpetikemas team to providing adaptive, innovative and customer-oriented services,” he said.
PTP Nonpetikemas operates 11 multipurpose port terminals across Indonesia and plays a key role in supporting logistics and goods distribution.
The company has implemented initiatives including digitalization of terminal operations, infrastructure upgrades and closer collaboration with logistics stakeholders to improve efficiency and productivity.
Indra said resilient leadership requires the ability to respond quickly to challenges through continuous improvement and innovation.
PTP Nonpetikemas said it would continue to accelerate digital transformation and enhance service quality to support Indonesia’s logistics sector and broader economic growth.
