Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL) won two awards at the 15th Anugerah BUMN Awards 2026 in Jakarta, including recognition for digital transformation and an individual leadership award for its chief executive.
The company received the Best State-Owned Enterprise Subsidiary award in the Digital Transformation category, while its president director, David P. Sirait, was named Best CEO in the Leading Change and Innovation category at the event held at the Hotel Borobudur Jakarta on Tuesday.
The awards recognize TTL’s efforts to strengthen digitalization in port operations and improve efficiency across its terminal services.
Jury chairman Arief Yahya said Indonesian state-owned enterprises are entering a new phase of transformation in which corporate governance extends beyond regulatory compliance to include stronger system integrity, transparent decision-making and adaptive risk management.
“Creating sustainable economic value requires SOEs to focus not only on profit but also on long-term resilience and broader economic impact,” he said during the event.

David Sirait said the recognition reflected the collective work of the company’s employees and cooperation with stakeholders.
“Digital transformation is not only about implementing technology, but also about changing work culture and strategy to deliver better service to customers,” he said.
TTL has been expanding its digital systems to support operational integration between several terminals under its management, including Terminal Teluk Lamong, Terminal Berlian and Terminal Nilam. The integration is aimed at improving operational efficiency and strengthening East Java’s role in Indonesia’s logistics network.
Among the initiatives introduced by the company are the Terminal Booking System (TBS) and the Berthing Priority System, both designed to improve terminal efficiency.
The TBS allows truck arrivals to be scheduled through digital time-slot management, helping reduce congestion in terminal areas and improving the flow of goods through port gates.

The Berthing Priority System, meanwhile, is designed to improve ship docking management by enabling more transparent and efficient prioritization of vessel services.
TTL said the berthing priority implementation at its dry bulk terminal is among the first of its kind in Indonesia and aims to provide greater certainty for ship services while optimizing dock utilization.
Through these initiatives, the company said it aims to boost productivity, accelerate cargo services and provide more reliable logistics support to customers. The BUMN Awards is an annual event recognizing Indonesian state-owned enterprises and their subsidiaries for business performance, innovation and leadership in driving competitive and sustainable growth.
