After hosting an oration competition to internalize anti-corruption values in commemoration of World Anti-Corruption Day on December 6, 2024, PT Pelindo Jasa Maritim (SPJM) continued its commitment to fostering a strong anti-corruption culture by holding an Anti-Corruption (Tipikor) Socialization event.
The event, held on January 17, 2025, marks the continuation of SPJM’s efforts to reinforce a culture of integrity within the company.
This socialization was organized in collaboration with the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the South Sulawesi Regional Police, with the theme, “Abuse of Position and Authority in State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in the Context of Corruption.”
Attendees included Kombes Pol Dedi Supriyadi, S.Ik, Director of Special Criminal Investigation at the South Sulawesi Regional Police, who opened the event, as well as Kompol Amri A.MD., S.M, Subdirector of Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation, South Sulawesi Regional Police, who served as the resource person.
The event was also attended by Rachmat Prayogi, SPJM’s Director of Human Resources, alongside other senior SPJM personnel. Employees from SPJM across Indonesia participated in the event through an online Zoom meeting.
In his opening remarks, Rachmat Prayogi emphasized the importance of aligning company activities with Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles. “This socialization serves as a reminder to all employees that we must adhere to company regulations and avoid engaging in corrupt practices,” he stated. “It is also vital that we support one another in maintaining high ethical standards in our work.”
Kombes Pol Dedi Supriyadi welcomed the initiative, noting, “Preventing corruption is an essential part of our duties in the Special Criminal Investigation Unit. We are pleased to be actively involved in this socialization, which plays a significant role in promoting an anti-corruption culture within the company.”
This socialization session provided valuable insights and enhanced participants’ understanding of how to identify and prevent potential corruption risks, empowering SPJM personnel to actively contribute to the company’s ongoing efforts to combat corruption.
