Public listed company PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IDX: IPCM) fosters safe and comfortable work culture during the Month of National Occupational Safety, Security, and Health (K3) 2025. This company with core in pilotage and towage services run a series of activities aimed at fostering a culture of safety within the company during the month.
These initiatives also served as a moment to reaffirm IPCM’s commitment to prioritizing K3 practices across all business operations.
Commending those K3 activities, M. Iqbal, IPCM’s Fleet and Operations Director, emphasized that workplace safety is a core priority for the company.

“Our commitment to K3 goes beyond statistics; it’s about actively protecting the safety of every individual in our workplace,” Iqbal said.
To build and strengthen its K3 culture, IPCM has implemented a comprehensive K3 management framework within the company. As part of this commitment, IPCM organized both internal and collaborative activities with the Pelindo Group to promote Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) awareness.
These efforts included the OHS Management Walkthrough, OHS Month Roll Call across regions, blood donation drives, safety patrols, OHS seminars, safety awareness webinars, a video and poster competition to raise OHS awareness, emergency drills aboard ships, fire safety exercises, health checks on ships, and various other routine activities.
“While there are always risks in the IPCM work environment, a strong OHS culture, adherence to disciplined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and sensitivity to potential hazards enable us to maintain a safer workplace,” Iqbal continued.
By commemorating National OHS Month, IPCM is encouraging every employee to stay committed and consistent in achieving the goal of zero fatalities and zero accidents, which directly supports the company’s overall performance.
“We ensure that every individual at IPCM understands the significance of occupational health and safety because it is a shared responsibility. By doing so, we can better manage risks and build a stronger K3 culture,” Iqbal said.
