PT Terminal Teluk Lamong (TTL), a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas (SPTP), is taking proactive steps to support youth entrepreneurship in its surrounding community with the launch of the Youth Digipreneur program.
Kicking off on February 28, 2025, the program gathered 30 young participants for a comprehensive training session featuring Dzacky Amir, a successful young entrepreneur and content creator.
David Pandapotan Sirait, President Director of PT Terminal Teluk Lamong, emphasized that TTL is committed to equipping local youth with the skills necessary for entrepreneurial success in today’s digital age.

“This Youth Digipreneur program opens up exciting opportunities for young people around us. TTL is providing a series of training, workshops, and mentorship over the next six months to help them become successful entrepreneurs,” David said.
In today’s fast-paced digital era, David highlighted the need for young people to be agile and creative in spotting business opportunities. As digital platforms like apps and social media are second nature to today’s youth, TTL is focused on training them to harness these tools to create valuable, income-generating ventures.
The program’s launch was also attended by local leaders, including Denny Christupel Tupamahu, Head of Benowo District, and Muhammad Khusnul Amin, Head of Asemrowo District, along with Laznas LMI, a key partner in delivering the program.
“We are deeply grateful to Terminal Teluk Lamong for their continued support of our community. With the Youth Digipreneur program, we are confident that local youth will become more tech-savvy and creative, unlocking unlimited opportunities to create impactful solutions,” Denny said.

TTL’s previous initiatives, such as the TJSL program, have successfully fostered several MSMEs in areas like hydroponics, payus cracker production, tempeh processing, and crab farming. With the launch of the Youth Digipreneur program, there are now opportunities to showcase and market these MSME products, potentially increasing their visibility and sales.
Through this initiative, TTL reaffirms its commitment to driving educational and digital economic advancement for the surrounding community. As a smart port, TTL continues to prioritize the development of the digital ecosystem and the economic independence of local residents.
“We believe that young people are powerful agents of change with immense potential. This program is an opportunity for them to grow, develop, and contribute to an active and creative digital economy,” said David.
