PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) is solidifying its role as a key driver of port digitalization in Indonesia with the official launch of the Terminal Operating System (TOS) Nusantara at the Jayapura Container Terminal, managed by PT Pelindo Terminal Petikemas.
This significant move is part of ILCS’s ongoing commitment to the Pelindo Group to provide cutting-edge, integrated port technology solutions across Indonesia, aiming to accelerate the logistics supply chain.
TOS Nusantara is an internationally recognized container terminal operating system developed by ILCS to address the need for a more innovative, efficient, and easy-to-implement terminal solution.
It offers enhanced terminal visibility through 3D visualization, real-time data-based operational planning and control, and a suite of advanced features that streamline terminal management.
Key components of TOS Nusantara include Single TOS (Palapa), Single Billing (Praya), Customer Portal (Parama), and the Gate System. These features work together to improve efficiency, transparency, and the overall quality of port services. By optimizing terminal operations, TOS Nusantara not only strengthens the national supply chain but also serves as a catalyst for the growth of both domestic and international trade.
As the backbone of port digitalization, ILCS has already deployed TOS Nusantara across 13 Pelindo container terminals, including T009 Priok, TPM, Ambon, Pontianak, Makassar New Port, Palembang, Belawan, Panjang, Bitung, Teluk Bayur, Jambi, Kupang, and now Jayapura. With this standardized system in place at multiple ports, ILCS ensures seamless digital transformation from western to eastern Indonesia.
“From service requests to loading and unloading activities, everything is now digital-based, making transactions easier for service users. With the implementation of TOS Nusantara in Jayapura, we expect to see a significant positive impact, especially in the container sector, which will ultimately help facilitate national trade,” said Ramdhan Affan Kiai Demak, General Manager of Pelindo Jayapura Branch.
Agus Setiawan Nazar, Head of Terminal TPK Jayapura, also praised the system’s impact on improving terminal efficiency. “TOS Nusantara allows us to monitor all operational activities end-to-end through its 3D visualization feature. Additionally, its productivity features enable real-time monitoring of operational data, accelerating service delivery and ensuring the smooth distribution of goods,” Agus explained.
The successful Go Live of TOS Nusantara in Jayapura demonstrates ILCS’s dedication to driving digital transformation and operational efficiency, aligning with Pelindo’s vision to become a global leader in integrated maritime ecosystems.
“As part of ILCS’s mission to support the digital transformation of Indonesia’s logistics ecosystem, the introduction of TOS Nusantara is a crucial step in enhancing national competitiveness on the global stage,” said Dimas Giri Prabowo, Corporate Secretary of ILCS.
“By extending implementation to Eastern Indonesia, ILCS is playing a vital role in fostering a more efficient, transparent, and globally competitive digital ecosystem,” he said further.
