PT Multi Terminal Indonesia (MTI) held its 2026 annual meeting on Feb. 11–12 in Ciawi, Bogor, outlining plans to strengthen its business fundamentals and accelerate digital transformation as part of its long-term growth strategy.
The meeting, themed “Strive: Strengthening Core, Transforming Digital, Inspiring Excellence,” took place at the Pelindo Human Resources Management and Development Center and brought together company executives, commissioners, management and representatives from subsidiaries and labor unions.
Among those attending were Drajat Sulistyo, commercial director of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) (Pelindo); Joko Noerhudha, president director of PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva (PSL); MTI President Commissioner Cucu Kuswoyo; commissioners Buyung Lalana and Sahat MP Sinurat; and MTI Acting President Director Budi Azmi.
Opening the meeting, Drajat said the theme was aligned with Pelindo’s broader growth strategy and stressed the importance of a shared understanding of the company’s long-term objectives.
“To deliver service excellence to customers, all Pelindo Group employees must have a shared understanding of the company’s strategic direction,” he said, referring to what he described as the company’s “North Star” guiding decision-making and strategy.
Joko praised MTI’s performance in 2025 and said the 2026 meeting theme reflects the need to reinforce organizational foundations while creating sustainable value in line with the company’s 2026–2030 long-term corporate plan.
“The implementation of the theme must be concrete in the work program to achieve robust and competitive performance,” he said.
Cucu also commended management and employees for last year’s results but urged continued improvement in 2026.
Budi said the meeting aimed to align strategy and execution through discussions on strategic plans and management work programs to meet next year’s targets.
The event was held in a hybrid format to enable participation from employees across MTI’s operational areas. The agenda included presentations from MTI’s board of directors and senior management, as well as from its subsidiary, PT Prima Indonesia Logistik (PIL), followed by discussion sessions.
In addition to business strategy discussions, the meeting featured Lean Six Sigma training to strengthen operational capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
The event concluded with the signing of a management contract and a declaration to implement the ISO 37001:2016 Anti-Bribery Management System, underscoring the company’s governance and compliance commitments as it pursues its 2026 targets.
