PT Multi Terminal Indonesia (MTI) won three awards at the 2026 annual meeting of its parent group, held in North Jakarta on Tuesday, as the company’s holding firm unveiled a new corporate identity as part of a broader transformation drive.
MTI, a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva (SPSL), received the Customer Growth & Experience Award, the Sustainable Financial Performance Award, and the Integrated Innovation Leadership Award for its performance in the 2025 fiscal year.
The awards were presented during the SPSL Group Annual Meeting at Pelindo Tower. The event carried the theme “Transforming the Norm, Navigating Dynamic Changes” and marked the official rebranding of the company from PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik to PT Pelindo Sinergi Lokaseva.
SPSL President Commissioner Fachry Ali said in remarks at the event that strengthening good corporate governance and maintaining a consistent strategic direction were essential amid an increasingly dynamic global business environment.
SPSL President Director Joko Noerhudha said the change in corporate identity reflected the group’s commitment to enhancing synergy and delivering integrated logistics services.
“This transformation is not merely symbolic, but is accompanied by a strengthening of business strategy and optimization of operational processes to address the dynamics of a competitive industry,” Joko said.
MTI’s three awards reflect its performance in expanding customer growth, maintaining financial sustainability and promoting integrated innovation within the logistics sector, according to the company.
The annual meeting was also attended by members of the boards of commissioners and directors from SPSL subsidiaries.
