Expands ESG, Governance Alignment

IPCM reinforces sustainability initiatives including renewable energy, biodiesel, and port decarbonization, while shareholders approve administrative amendments to Articles of Association to align with KBLI 2025 and strengthen governance compliance framework.

The company reported progress in corporate governance. An external assessment based on the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) awarded the company a score of 124.67 in 2025, placing it in the Leadership in Corporate Governance category.

The company said it also received several awards at the 2024 Annual Report Awards, including top honors in the publicly listed non-financial company category and the 1 trillion rupiah to 5 trillion rupiah revenue category.

Alongside its financial performance, IPCM said it continued integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles into its operations through initiatives including the use of solar panels on vessels, B40 biodiesel, shore power connections, mangrove planting, waste management programs and community development activities.

Shareholders also approved amendments to the company’s articles of association to align its business classifications with Indonesia’s 2025 Standard Industrial Classification (KBLI). The company said the changes were administrative in nature and did not constitute a change in business activities under prevailing capital market regulations.
