ACML Reports 29% Revenue Growth in 2024, Secures Investment from Japan

Logistics company PT Arrow Chain Management Logistics (ACML) has achieved a remarkable 29% increase in revenue throughout 2024. This growth was primarily driven by the operation of the newly inaugurated Cold Storage facility in Serang, Banten, launched in March 2024. The facility has been the largest contributor to the Company’s revenue surge.

Nur Hasanah, the Corporate Secretary of ACML, revealed that the 2024 growth surpassed the previous year’s achievement of 27%. This accomplishment signals a positive outlook for the company’s future prospects. “This growth demonstrates the strong momentum we have in expanding both our market reach and the logistics services we provide,” stated Hasanah.

At present, ACML’s primary revenue streams come from two core business lines: FMCG distribution logistics and multimodal goods delivery. Looking ahead, the Company plans to broaden its service portfolio by introducing customs clearance logistics, which is expected to add significant value to its customers and solidify ACML’s position in the national logistics sector.

In addition to its growth in core logistics services, ACML has also made strategic moves, including an acquisition in PT Arrow Chain Management Distribusi. This subsidiary focuses on the distribution of ice cream and frozen foods in the Serang and Pandeglang regions.

Investment Funding from Japan

In a strategic move, ACML secured investment funds from Kyotsu Co., Ltd. of Japan at the end of 2024. This partnership has led to significant changes in the company’s management and shareholder structure. ACML is optimistic that these changes will accelerate the company’s expansion and development plans in 2025.

“We are confident that these shifts in our management and shareholder composition will drive the company toward a brighter future and allow us to contribute more actively to the national logistics ecosystem,” said Hasanah. She also expressed gratitude to partners such as MNC Sekuritas, Nihon M&A Center Indonesia, M&P Asia, and others who played pivotal roles in the success of this corporate move.
