Speaking as a panelist in the session “Reimagining Transportation and Logistics: Refining Supply Chains and Boosting Customer Service,” ILCS President Director Natal Iman Ginting highlighted the urgent need for cross-sector cooperation and transparent data sharing across the logistics value chain.

“Let’s join hands, unite data, and build collaboration,” said Ginting. “The goal is to cultivate a collective commitment to sustainable data transparency and integration, which is essential for a future-ready logistics network.”

ILCS plays a strategic role in Pelindo’s digital transformation agenda, developing platforms to support seamless port operations and encouraging synergy among government agencies, state-owned enterprises, and private players. Its slogan Pelindo Satu Data is more than a campaign, it is a foundational principle in the company’s effort to synchronize logistics data nationally.

The company’s participation at DTI-CX 2025 reflects its mission to digitize and integrate logistics operations across Indonesia. ILCS emphasized the use of advanced technologies, including real-time tracking, warehouse management systems, and predictive analytics, as key enablers of operational accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

ILCS also sees integrated data systems as a crucial step toward increasing Indonesia’s global competitiveness in the logistics sector. “Through comprehensive integration, we aim to develop an adaptive and collaborative logistics ecosystem that meets global standards,” Ginting added.
