“This achievement gives us positive momentum to strengthen IPC TPK’s competitiveness through adaptive, integrated and customer-focused services,” Yanuar said.

IPC TPK’s marketing revamp has fed directly into operational gains. The company recorded throughput of 2.95 million TEUs from January to October, up 13.1% from 2.60 million TEUs a year earlier. Management said the increase reflects tighter service integration, broader use of data analytics and a more responsive approach to customer needs.

The awards highlight the company’s efforts to improve service quality and sharpen digital marketing processes, ensuring commercial initiatives translate into business value and higher customer satisfaction.

The BBMA, organised by BUMN Track in collaboration with BTA Academy, is an annual awards programme recognising Indonesian state-owned enterprises for effective, innovative and adaptive branding and marketing. Now in its 13th year, the 2025 edition carried the theme “BUMN Brands Towards Digital Sovereignty and Global Competitiveness.”
