PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IDX: IPCC), the country’s only listed operator specializing in non-container and multipurpose cargo terminals, is attracting increasing attention from the capital market, underscored by a visit on Monday from Sinarmas Securities and Bahana Securities to its headquarters and terminal facilities at Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta.
Executives from both brokerage firms toured IPCC’s vehicle terminal and received a detailed briefing on how the company supports Indonesia’s automotive industry and export supply chain.
The visit was hosted by IPCC President Director Sugeng Mulyadi and Director of Human Resources, Finance and Risk Management Wing Megantoro, and was aimed at expanding strategic communication with market participants.
The visit began with a field tour of IPCC’s Jakarta Branch terminal, where guests observed loading and logistics operations first-hand. The delegation then received a presentation on the company’s business profile, long-term strategy, financial performance, and operational resilience amid shifting industry dynamics, including the rapid emergence of electric vehicles.
The session, IPCC said, provided investors with a clearer view of the terminal operator’s prospects, its role in the national automotive ecosystem, and its plans to strengthen integrated logistics services.
An interactive Q&A followed, where IPCC management fielded questions on industry outlook, potential strategic collaborations, and opportunities within the growing vehicle logistics segment. The exchange helped deepen engagement between the company and market stakeholders at a time when transparent communication is increasingly central to investor confidence.
“As part of the vehicle logistics ecosystem, IPCC consistently prioritises transparency to build investor trust,” Sugeng said. “We remain focused on business sustainability and growth to ensure we stay competitive in regional and global markets.”
Wing added that 2025 presents new challenges, notably the rise of electric vehicles, but said disciplined financial management has strengthened IPCC’s investment appeal. “The shift to EVs will influence our revenue mix, but our operational efficiency and financial prudence make IPCC increasingly attractive to investors,” he said.
The visit forms part of IPCC’s broader effort to maintain open communication with shareholders and the public. Strengthening ties with financial institutions, the company said, supports good governance and reinforces its ambition to deliver sustainable performance.
IPCC Corporate Secretary Endah Dwi Liesly said the company aims to build ongoing dialogue with investors as it positions itself as a trusted provider of vehicle logistics services.
“Close collaboration with shareholders, including public investors, reflects our commitment to transparency and to delivering added value that sets IPCC apart from other issuers,” she said.
