Pelindo Solusi Digital Rolls Out Parama Customer Portal at IPC TPK Palembang

PT Integrasi Logistik Cipta Solusi (ILCS) branded as Pelindo Solusi Digital, the technology arm of state-owned port operator Pelindo Group, has expanded the use of its digital customer portal, Parama, to IPC TPK Palembang, with the platform officially going live on Nov. 17, 2025.

The rollout marks another step in the group’s push to accelerate digital services across its port network as it seeks to improve speed, transparency and user convenience in terminal operations.

Parama functions as an integrated platform that allows customers to access a range of container terminal services from a single portal. Beyond standard features such as service requests, container status checks, cashless payments and document tracking, the application offers real-time container movement history, container tracking and berthing schedules without requiring users to log in.

A multipayment function enables up to 25 transactions at once, eliminating the need for separate submissions.

Responding to customer demand for more flexible workflows, the platform now includes new features that allow users to submit handling requests and change the port of destination prior to gate entry — a move the company says will streamline operations and reduce delays.

“The implementation of Parama at IPC TPK Palembang strengthens Pelindo Group’s commitment to digital transformation in port logistics,” said Alvin Timothius, Container Terminal Solution Development Manager at Pelindo Solusi Digital. “Parama provides easier transactions and tracking while giving customers greater control over their service processes. It reflects our commitment to transparent, fast and customer-oriented service delivery.”

Ahead of the launch, IPC TPK Palembang, Pelindo Regional 2 Palembang and Pelindo Solusi Digital conducted customer outreach and training sessions in October. Representatives from Pelindo Regional 2, the terminal’s customers and its operations team attended the programme, which was designed to familiarise users with Parama’s features and the benefits of integrating the system into port workflows.
