Indonesian logistics firm PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik (PT PSL) clinched three major awards at the 2025 OSH Asia Summit, underscoring the company’s deep-rooted commitment to workplace safety and organizational culture.
The company was recognized with the Best Safety Program, Most Safety Culture, and Best CEO Committed to OSH Culture awards at the summit, held on August 27–28 at PRAMA Sanur, Bali. The annual forum brings together occupational safety and health (OSH) experts, professionals, and industry leaders from across Asia.
“These awards are the result of the collective commitment of all employees,” said Burhanudinsyah, PT PSL’s Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Transformation, who accepted the honors on behalf of the company’s president director.
“We believe that business success is impossible without safety and comfort in the workplace.”
Burhanudinsyah said OSH has become a core pillar of PT PSL’s operations—not just a compliance requirement, but a central value embedded in the company’s strategy and daily practice.
“For us, OSH is not a formality—it’s part of who we are,” he said.
Investment in Safety
Themed “OSH Maturity Commitment: Safety Investment, Sustainable Productivity”, the 2025 OSH Asia Summit highlighted the strategic role of occupational safety as a driver of long-term productivity and corporate resilience.

Beyond serving as a knowledge-sharing platform, the event also recognized companies leading in safety innovation and cultural maturity. Finalists underwent a rigorous selection process, including evaluations of OSH policies, operational performance, and real-world implementation.
An independent judging panel comprising national and international experts in occupational safety, fire prevention, IT, human capital, and industrial innovation assessed the participants. In the final stage, companies presented detailed case studies on safety culture development and its tangible impact.
A Long-Term Commitment
PT PSL’s triple win marks a milestone in its ongoing journey to cultivate a mature safety culture, but the company says it won’t rest on its laurels.
“We will continue to invest in innovation, increase collective awareness, and collaborate with all stakeholders,” said Burhanudinsyah. “Our goal is clear: to create a work environment that is not only safe and productive, but also meaningful.”
PT PSL views occupational health and safety not as an operational cost, but as a strategic investment. The company has made safety a non-negotiable element in every aspect of its business—an approach it says is key to sustainable success.
