Indonesia non-container terminal operator PTP Nonpetikemas reaffirmed its commitment to clean governance as it marked International Anti-Corruption Day (Hakordia) on December 9 with an outreach session led by the national Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).
The company hosted a briefing on fraud, bribery and prevention mechanisms as part of the country’s “Unite Action, Eradicate Corruption” campaign.

The session was delivered by Jeji Azizi, a corruption eradication analyst at the KPK, who outlined common forms of corporate corruption, from bribery and extortion to conflicts of interest, and stressed the importance of early-stage prevention and strong internal controls.
PTP Nonpetikemas’ President Director Indra Hidayat Sani said the initiative underscored the company’s effort to embed integrity across its operations.
“Eradicating corruption is not just an individual task but a collective movement. Let us interpret Hakordia 2025 as momentum to build a workplace free from bribery, corruption and improper gratuities,” the President Director said on Tuesday, December 2.
The sentiment was echoed by President Commissioner Prakosa Hadi Takariyanto, who said the company’s zero-tolerance stance on corrupt practices must be upheld by all employees. “A commitment to strong integrity is a collective responsibility, not only an individual one,” he said.

As part of the Pelindo Group, PTP Nonpetikemas has been expanding the implementation of its ISO 37001-based Anti-Bribery Management System, updating internal rules on gratification control and conflict-of-interest mitigation, and strengthening its whistleblower reporting channels.
The company said International Anti-Corruption Day serves as more than a symbolic event, describing it instead as a reminder that integrity must be embedded throughout its operations. PTP Nonpetikemas aims to reinforce public trust and contribute to national development by ensuring transparency and accountability across its business processes.
