SPSL MoU with Four Logistics Companies during FIATA RAP Conference

Sub-holding Pelindo Solusi Logistik (SPSL) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with four logistics companies during the conference of International Federation of Freight Forwarders Association Region Asia Pacific (FIATA RAP Meeting) on Friday, July 12, 2024 in Bali.

The four companies – members of FIATA – are originated from four countries of Thailand, Vietnam, India and Malaysia.

The four companies are Profreight Logistics, Co.Ltd (Thailand), MCC Container Line Pvt, Ltd,(India), International Logistics Corporation (Vietnam), and Eastrex Logistics Sdn, Bhd (Malaysia).

The MoU was signed by SPSL President Director Joko Noerhudha,  Suwit Ratanachinda (Profreight Logistics, Co.Ltd Thailand), Chua Seng Wah(Eastrex Logistics Sdn, Bhd – Malaysia),  Duy Minh (International Logistics Corporation Vietnam), and Tej C (MCC Container Line Pvt, Ltd India).

Commending these MoUs, SPSL President Director Joko Noerhudha said these are to increase partnership among the parties in running their business, the logistics business. For SPSL, this is also meant to optimize the ports now operated by the group – PT Pelindo.

“As member of Pelindo, we want them to be happy when using the facilities of the 144 port (terminals) currently operated by Pelindo,” said Joko told Indonesia Shipping Gazette on the sideline of the event.

He said that the parties who signed the MoU also planned to visit SPSL facilities in Indonesia. “SPSL is partnering with logistics companies in the four countries that signed the MoU. They FIATA members,” said Joko.
