As the 2025 stock exchange trading session kicks off, the Board of Directors of PT Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC) has made notable personal investments, purchasing a total of IDR 210 million worth of shares—equivalent to 306,800 shares.
Roro Endah Dwi Liesly Puspita Sari, Corporate Secretary of the company, explained, “These share purchases are personal investments by the Board members, aiming to demonstrate their confidence in the company and to show the public that IPCC shares are a valuable asset.”
Key Purchases by Directors:
• Sugeng Mulyadi, the President Director of IPCC, acquired 137,200 shares at an average price of IDR 687 per share, totaling around IDR 94 million. Prior to this purchase, Sugeng held 354,000 shares, which represented 0.02% of the company’s stock. After this transaction, his total shareholding increased to 491,200 shares, or 0.03%.
• Bagus Dwipoyono, the Director of Operations and Engineering, bought 116,500 shares, also at an average price of IDR 687 per share, costing him approximately IDR 80 million. Last year, Bagus had spent IDR 143 million to acquire 200,000 shares. With this recent purchase, his shareholding grew to 316,500 shares, or 0.02% of the company.
• Wing Megantoro, Director of Finance, HR, and Risk Management, marked his entry into the shareholding with an initial purchase of 53,100 shares at IDR 687 per share, totaling IDR 36 million. This move gives him a stake of 53,100 shares, or 0.003% of IPCC.
Future Market Confidence
The personal investments made by the Board members further reinforce their commitment to the company’s ongoing growth and demonstrate their confidence in its future performance. These actions underscore the sound management practices and the company’s positive outlook, supported by strong governance and environmental sustainability efforts.
According to the company’s financial report for the third quarter of 2024, IPCC has seen an increase in operating income, which reached IDR 585.82 billion—up 6.87% from IDR 548.16 billion in 2023. This upward trajectory highlights the company’s solid financial health.
The management also invites the public to consider investing in IPCC shares, noting that the company will offer a 2024 interim dividend yielding 3.64%. This initiative is aligned with the government’s “Aku Investor Saham” campaign, promoting greater participation in the Indonesian stock market.
“We hope that these efforts will contribute to the success of the government’s program and boost market confidence in IPCC’s future prospects,” Endah said.
