After a remarkable year in 2024, with significant growth in both throughput and financial performance, IPC TPK has set an even higher growth target for 2025. To achieve this ambitious goal, the company’s management has developed a focused strategy, which was outlined at the 2025 Annual Working Meeting.
This meeting was to formulate strategic steps that would enable the company to maintain its strong performance and make an even greater contribution to the national logistics sector.
In 2024, IPC TPK handled 3,177,939 TEUs in container flow, marking a 9.4% increase compared to 2023, when 2,904,043 TEUs were recorded. This achievement highlights IPC TPK’s crucial role, managing over 16% of the container traffic under the Pelindo Group. With this solid foundation, IPC TPK is poised to take on the challenges and opportunities that 2025 holds.
Pramestie Wulandary, Corporate Secretary & External Relations of IPC TPK, shared that the company’s 2025 target is set at 3,504,423 TEUs, with projected revenues of 2.9 trillion rupiah and an EBITDA of 472.5 billion rupiah. This target reflects IPC TPK’s ambition to continue its growth trajectory and make a substantial contribution to Indonesia’s economy.
Commitment to Business Sustainability
A key theme at the Annual Working Meeting was “The Future of Sustainability: Conducting Collaboration,” which emphasized the importance of sustainability principles in the company’s operations. The Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and management collectively evaluated IPC TPK’s achievements and discussed strategic steps to align with the company’s 2025 vision.

IPC TPK is committed to integrating strong Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into every aspect of its operations and decision-making. This is part of the company’s roadmap to enter a new phase of growth, marked by the “New Footprint & Operational Excellence” initiative.
To achieve this, IPC TPK plans to implement a series of strategic programs, including transforming operational models, preparing for the launch of new terminal facilities, and advancing digitalization and green port initiatives.
For 2025, transformation and digitalization remain core priorities for IPC TPK. These initiatives aim to enhance operational cost efficiency, reduce container dwell times, and provide greater convenience and transparency to customers. By prioritizing technological innovations and integrated digital systems, IPC TPK is focused on improving operational efficiency and service quality in a sustainable manner.
Shareholder Appreciation
M. Adji, President Director of Pelindo Terminal Petikemas, attended the Working Meeting and expressed appreciation for IPC TPK’s achievements in 2024. “Thank you to the IPC TPK team for your support of the SPTP Group’s performance. As part of the Working Meeting, the Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors, and management also conducted a comparative study at the Semarang Container Terminal. This visit provided valuable insights and opportunities for knowledge exchange, focusing on the management of container terminals, which are vital to the economy and development of Central Java.
In conclusion, Pramestie Wulandary emphasized IPC TPK’s commitment to improving both the capacity and quality of its container terminal services.
