ASDEKI Chairman Mustofa Kamal Hamka Inaugurated into the 2024-2029 KADIN Executive Board

Mustofa Kamal Hamka, the General Chairperson of the Indonesian Container Depot Association (ASDEKI), was officially inaugurated as a member of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KADIN) for the 2024-2029 period. The ceremony was presided over by Anindya Novyan Bakrie, the General Chairperson of KADIN.

As part of the new KADIN executive team, Kamal has been appointed as the Deputy Chairperson of the Finance and Strategic Capital Committee. In this role, he will focus on promoting policies that strengthen the financial and capital sectors—key drivers of Indonesia’s economic growth.

“I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to contribute to advancing the Indonesian economy,” Kamal stated on Friday, March 14, 2025.

He emphasized that his role is crucial in enhancing access to financing, fostering investment, and strengthening the logistics sector. Kamal also highlighted the importance of fostering collaboration between the financial sector and other key industries.

“This inauguration marks a significant step for ASDEKI to play a more active role in the development of the logistics sector and the broader Indonesian economy,” Kamal continued. “With my involvement in KADIN, I hope to ensure that our initiatives positively impact the logistics, capital, and overall economic sectors.”
