In a continued effort to optimize infrastructure services, PT Akses Pelabuhan Indonesia (API) – a subsidiary of PT Pelindo Solusi Logistik (SPSL) operating port toll road access – carried out a comprehensive management walkthrough on the Cibitung-Cilincing Toll Road (JTCC). The initiative focused on post-Eid maintenance and infrastructure optimization following the 2025 homecoming season.
The activity aimed to monitor and maintain road cleanliness and patching conditions, ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable experience for road users. The walkthrough was conducted collaboratively with PT CTP Tollways (CTP), the operator of JTCC, highlighting joint efforts to keep the toll road in optimal shape.
Key areas of inspection included: patching of road surfaces to address any damage incurred during the high-traffic Eid period; cleanliness maintenance, targeting litter and debris on both road shoulders and the main lanes, and vegetation management, ensuring that plant overgrowth along the tollway does not obstruct drivers’ views or compromise the road’s aesthetic appeal.
Juli Tarigan, Acting President Director of PT API, emphasized the significance of this initiative as part of the company’s broader strategy to enhance service quality across its infrastructure assets.
“As part of the Pelindo Group, we are committed to continuously improving the quality of our services,” said Tarigan during the walkthrough on Wednesday, April 23, 2025.
“This initiative is a proactive step to uphold service performance while prioritizing K3 (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment/HSSE).”
The walkthrough is a direct follow-up to the memorandum of understanding (MoU) between PT API and PT CTP Tollways, which outlines cooperation in operational services, transactions, and the maintenance of the JTCC toll road.
This effort aligns with the broader transformation directives of Indonesia’s State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) and national logistics subholdings, aimed at delivering integrated, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure solutions.
