PT Jasa Armada Indonesia Tbk (IPCM.JK), a subsidiary of state-owned port operator Pelindo, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on Thursday with the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office to strengthen legal compliance and corporate governance.
The agreement, signed at Pelindo Tower in North Jakarta, aims to enhance cooperation in civil and administrative law, improve legal case handling, and provide greater legal certainty across IPCM’s business operations.
IPCM President Director Shanti Puruhita said the collaboration supports the company’s efforts to ensure accountable and law-abiding business practices.

“IPCM recognizes the importance of working with law enforcement agencies to maintain clean, effective, and efficient operations,” she said.
Head of the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office, Syahrul Juaksha Subuki, welcomed the partnership and praised Pelindo Group for actively utilizing legal resources provided by the government.
The MoU is part of a broader initiative between PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) and the North Jakarta District Attorney’s Office to reinforce legal oversight within state enterprises.
“This collaboration reflects IPCM’s ongoing commitment to good corporate governance and a transparent, compliant business environment,” Shanti added.
