Being Chairman of Aptesindo Again, Roy Rayadi to Focus on Contribution Sharing Deal

The second national assembly meeting (2nd Munas) of Association of Container Temporary Station (Aptesindo) conducted in Medan this week appointed M.Roy Rayadi as chairman of Aptesindo for the 2019-2024 period by acclamation.

Though beginning with pro cons debate, but the meeting and ellection process run smoothly. All members of TPS (container temporary station) operators presented current issues and prospects reletaing their business and provided views and inputs for the association.

M.Roy Rayadi, since he was the interim chairman of Aptesindo Chairman of 2014-2019 period, reported his final statement (LPJ) of the organization.

Roy, who is also CEO of TPFT PT.Graha Segara, has been an interim Chairman of Aptesindo for one and half year, replacing Reza Darmawan, the ellected Aptesindo Chairman for the Period of 2014-2019. As reported earlier, Reza retired on the national meeting in Bandung on September 15, 2017. The Bandung meeting then decided Roy as interim chairman.

The 2nd Munas in Medan (July 24 2019) also accepted the LPJ of Aptesindo board for 2014-2019, and by acclamation appointed Roy to again lead the association for the next five years.

The Munas also set up two commissions: Commission A to prepare work program and Commission B to prepare association statuta (AD/ART).

On his remark speech, Roy commits to encourage the association to play key role in national level and bring it to regional.

Roy also cited some programs that has been executed in the earlier period, including agreement with Jakarta International Container Terminal (JICT) on contribution sharing from activities of container relocation (PLP) from container terminal to TPS buffer operated by Aptesindo members.

“Next we will continue to do agreement relating contribution sharing with other terminals in Tanjung Priok, including with TPK Koja, NPCT-1 and terminal Mustika Alam Lestari,” he said.

Roy also explained the facilities of Aptesindo TPS that has applied autogate. These facilities will help to smoothen the process of delivery to/from the TPS and will will help harmonization with the authorities of Port Authority, Customs, and Quarantine.

Aptesindo is association of some national leading TPS, including PT.Indonesia Air & Marine Supply (Airin), PT.Transporindo Lima Perkasa, PT. Agung Raya Warehouse, PT.Multi Terminal Indonesia (MTI), PT. Dharma Kartika Bhakti, PT.Lautan Tirta Transportama, PT.Berdikari Logistik, PT.TPFT Graha Segara, PT. Primanata Jasa Persada, PT.Wira Mitra Prima, PT.Pesaka Loka Kirana, and PT. Koja Teramarine.

The 2nd Aptesindo Munas was also attended by its founders Dr.Achmad Ridwan Tento (PT.Transporindo Lima Perkasa), and Suryantono (Former President Director of PT Airin).

The 2nd Munas has also completed the assoction board of executive.
